A New Year Begins

A small update:

Edson Car Wash: Construction continues. http://edsoncarwash.blogspot.com has all the pictures, as well as all the learnings. June 2006 opening.

Fort Car Wash: Still waiting on the Phase One renovations. http://fortcarwash.blogspot.com has some interesting pictures.

Edson Commercial Condos: Requirement for Traffic Study is holding up this project. Another avenue or two may have opened up in this regard.

Downtown Edmonton Commercial Building: Difficult to locate owners. All indicators are the owners are totally unreasonable.

Home Theatre Installations: Partner is going ahead full throttle.

New Projects:

Possible New Car Wash: Two locations have serious potential in the Edmonton area, as well as one in an outlying area. More detailed information as it becomes available. Perfect location has covenant from large American developer totally damning development.

Commercial Strip Center: 25,000 Square foot strip center may become available - needs some serious work. More Information as it becomes available.

Edson Land Development: Several new avenues may be available for a land development corporation in Edson, starting with our lot and branching out in a variety of directions.

New doors open daily - so, here's to the future.
